Bistro Chef Mill

Peugeot historically invented its first pepper mill in 1874, titled the Model Z. Since then, Peugeot has continued refining designs and innovating new products and has reissued a variation of the Model Z, Bistro. The Bistro mill is essential across cafes and restaurant tables and can be found on nearly every street corner cafe's table across France. Constructed from sustainably sourced beechwood (PEFC certified), each Bistro mill is proudly made in France.

Bistro salt and pepper mills are equipped with Peugeot’s exclusive grinding mechanisms, which come with a lifetime guarantee. The grind coarseness can be adjusted using the knob located on the head of the mill, the tighter it is screwed on, the finer the grind. A tribute to the charms of the past, the Bistro collection delivers a touch of nostalgia wherever it goes.
