Bistrot Vintage Cleaver

With the Bistrot collection, we drew inspiration from the places we love most: our restaurants, terraces, and cafés.

When designing these utensils, we wanted to stay true to their classic charm while giving them a modern twist: clean lines, visible rivets, and a palette of colors and materials ranging from bold reds to deep blues, with horn and tortoiseshell effects. Available in both shiny and vintage finishes, this collection combines authenticity and contemporary style — and we’re sure you’ll love it.

For flatware with light-colored handles, avoid prolonged contact with staining foods (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).

Its sturdy, sharp blade makes this Sabre cheese cleaver especially well-suited for cutting hard cheeses.
