Canasuc Rooster Shaped Sugars

Handcrafted near Fontainebleau by Canasuc, these rooster-shaped sugars — nicknamed "Cocorico" — are molded from brown cane sugar sourced from Reunion Island, lending a subtle, natural caramel note to coffee or tea. Each little rooster is a playful nod to the French national emblem, designed in collaboration with the Élysée.

Perched on the edge of a cup or set out on a saucer, they turn an everyday coffee break into a small, elegant ritual — as charming to look at as they are to sweeten with.
