Few olive oil producers have their own mill and production facilities, but at Estoublon it’s a decisive and singular element that ensures uncompromising quality at every stage in the manufacture of the estate’s olive oils. In the heart of the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence PDO, the olives ripen in the Provence sunshine. Thanks to an ancestral know-how that is constantly being perfected, they give life to multi-medalled olive oils with exceptional aromatic profiles.
Truffle Oil: Very intense on the palate, combining the flavours of olive oil and fresh black truffle. Balanced and intense, with musky, undergrowth notes.
Balsamic Vinegar: Perfect balance of sweet and sour aromas and flavors. On the nose, it is sweet and sour, balanced with a long, fruity, woody finish. On the palate, we find the typical acidity of balsamic vinegar. Delicate fruity notes persist.
