Mysore Sandalwood Scented Pouch

Part décor, part fragrance, the Mysore Sandalwood Scented Pouch by Autour du Parfum reinterprets the traditional French aumônière: a softly gathered fabric pouch crowned with a brass lid, a round knob and a silky tassel. Inside, scented volcanic stones diffuse the warm, creamy and woody notes of Mysore sandalwood, soft and enveloping.

Pashmina Leaves — a paisley-inspired print of feathered leaves in rust, cream and black, from the Les Pashminas collection.

Stylized Leopard — a golden leopard-spot fabric topped with a brass lid, from the Les Léopards collection.

Beige Corduroy — a soft wide-wale beige corduroy paired with a black lid, from the Velours Corduroy collection.

Set it on a console, a bedside table, a bookshelf or in an entryway: the fragrance lasts on average 5 to 6 months, and can be revived with a few sprays of the house's concentrated perfume or room fragrance. Presented in its gift box, it makes a charming French present.

Care note: the volcanic stones inside are soaked in perfume, and the alcohol it contains may damage delicate surfaces. Avoid placing the aumônière directly on fragile surfaces.
