Highly sculptural, the spade-shaped plate appeals as much to chefs looking for inspiring new shapes as to fans of hand-made homeware and tableware. Thanks to its slight upward curve allowing it to hold juices, it’s ideal for serving entrées, tapas, desserts and appetisers. The reinforced handle allows for easy holding and serving.
