Hot Sauce Maison Martin


Anna, Jean-Baptiste and Benjamin 3 cousins, fond of French terroir and gastronomy founded Maison Martin, manufacture of artisanal hot sauces. They partner with farmers from South West of France. Their selection of raw ingredients is very strict as they work solely with ripe fruits which ferment in barrels for few month prior to be transformed. The collection is made of "pure cru" sauces as well as blend of chili peppers. A diverse and flavorful range of aromas and spiciness.

Mistral: Mild spiciness, delicate notes of roasted garlic, oregano and rosemary. A trip to Provence! To pair with pastas, pizzas, fish fillets, meats, vegetables, rice, eggs.

Blackbelette: Easy to pair with everything, it will bring the umami taste and a strong spiciness. Ideal to subtly jazz up all dishes: meat, fish, vegetables , mushrooms.

Sirocco: Strong Spiciness, luscious body, pleasantly smoky and flavored.
To pair with grilled meats, hamburgers, French fries, dips. Great ally for home-made sauces.

Foudre: Pure cru red habanero, an intensely spicy sauce revealing lively fruity aromas. For all spice lovers!

Armageddon: Pure Cru Armageddon chilli peppers: great citrus aromas for an intensely spicy sauce.
